3E MACHINERY(WT48150/WT48200/WT48250) 단일축 분쇄기는 널리 사용되는 재활용 기계 유형입니다. 플라스틱, 종이, 목재, 섬유, 고무, 유기 폐기물 및 비금속 재료에 널리 사용되는 이상적인 기계입니다. 이는 정사각형 블레이드가 볼트로 고정된 단일 솔리드 샤프트로 구성됩니다. 이 샤프트는 모델에 따라 약 74-83RPM으로 회전하며 이 블레이드는 절단 챔버 바닥에 있는 베드 나이프를 통과합니다. 연속 절단을 위해 유압 램이 재료를 파쇄기 샤프트에 지속적으로 밀어 넣습니다. 거의 항상 스크린과 함께 사용되는데, 이는 절단 챔버에 재료를 유지하여 재료를 더욱 줄입니다. 그리고 단일 샤프트 분쇄기의 표준 절단은 25-40mm입니다. 각 고객 및 프로젝트의 요구 사항에 필요한 기계의 크기는 자재의 초기 크기, 용량 및 최종 출력 크기 등에 따라 다릅니다.
